Look, Mom! I'm blogging!

I don’t really have much to say. Which is why I thought it was about time to start a blog. Everyone these days has a blog. But this blog is different--because it’s about me. I’m a grad student, but I’m also a real person too. Sometimes. My life is pretty much really exciting. That’s why I’m just giving you the headlines. Frankly, the details would just make everyone jealous.* You might think that this blog is about everyday stuff--you would be correct. But it’s about MY everyday stuff; let’s just make that distinction right now.
